Easy Halibut Spread
 
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Wild Halibut, cooked/flaked
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Onion, diced
1/2 cup Onion, diced
1-2 Loaves Bread, white/wheat
 
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (reserve 1/2 of cheese for later use) together using a two quart serving bowl. Place mixture in refrigeration for 2 hours. Remove crust from bread and slice into triangles, place 2-3 tbsp. of mixture on bread and cover with a light sprinkling of cheeses. Broil for 30-45 seconds (or until cheese browns lightly) then remove from oven, serve warm.
